Roshini Jacob

Born into a family with more animals than humans, Roshini Jacob has always lived in a mini zoo, she calls home. Providing a voice to the voiceless, has always been her motto, evidently seen through her campaigns on the streets of Bangalore and panel discussions on TV. She managed to get a hawk’s eye view on a various aspects of Print and Broadcast Journalism, through her internship at Jagran City Plus and Red FM, kick-starting her media career at a young age. Winning the personality contest for 2 consecutive years, boosted her confidence to embark on her media journey. She bagged her first ever byline at Jagran City Plus, and then went on to record her own show reel at Red FM and interviewed eminent personalities like Milind Soman, Ritesh Deshmukh and Benny Dayal to name a few. Her absolute love for food landed her a job with Zomato, where she gained a detailed insight on maintaining a healthy client relationship. NSOJ is the connecting bridge between her dreams turning into reality, to be a broadcast journalist.
